These were a find! Vintage black and white enamel index markers, used to mark files in cabinets. They are much too good to hide away in drawers. A limited edition set of numbers 1-52, backed in silver with a silver pin and clasp for lapels, jumpers, scarves but definitely not filing cabinets. Please note that these are seriously limited edition. I have tried finding these in every other place I can think of and I don't believe they are to be found. Once the number is gone, it's gone.
