Delivery & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your jewellery then we are sorry to hear that. We will be happy to issue a refund if the items are returned undamaged, unworn and in their original undamaged packaging within 28 days of purchase, proof of purchase is required.
Sadly refunds cannot be issued on commission pieces of jewellery or pieces altered specially for the customer.
If you wish to return an item, please contact Gracie Hinitt Jewellery in the first instance. You will be required to cover the cost of return postage and the item is your responsibility until it arrives with us, therefore we strongly recommend that you use an insured delivery service.
If you have received a piece of jewellery that is faulty then we sincerely apologise. Please get in touch with us in the first instance to discuss either a repair, replacement or refund on the item. If you request a refund on a faulty item, once it is received by us, you will also be refunded the return postage cost.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept earrings for a refund due to hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty. Proof of purchase is required and any refund agreed will be refunded by means of the original payment made.

Most items will be in stock and available for delivery within 3-5 days of the initial purchase (often dispatched sooner!), however some items are made to order, are limited edition or are one off pieces and therefore take time to be made, hallmarked and finished by hand, Gracie Hinitt Jewellery endeavours to get any of these items made and delivered to you within 2-4 weeks (again, often sooner) depending on the time of year. If an item like this is purchased then we will be in contact with you to discuss a time frame of production and delivery. If you require an item for a specific date, please get in touch before you purchase to ensure this can be done.
Please be aware that an additional charge may be added to cover the cost of express production and/or express hallmarking. We understand that last minute gifts are often required (and well received!) And we will do our best to help where we can.
Due to all items being handmade and hand finished, although every care has been made to represent each item as true and accurately as possible, there may be some small variation from the images shown. Most items will be further described in the item description.
Altering pieces for you
If you see an item that you like but would like it altered or made in a different precious metal/added stones/altered slightly, we would be happy to do that for you. All prices shown in the item description of pieces are for that specified metal so please get in touch for a quote before purchasing. Gold differs a huge amount in price to silver and therefore gold plating is also an option to consider instead of a solid gold.
